The 3-Step Role-out Plan

  1. Preparation of content and course objectives
    Carefully structuring the programme materials and objectives. This is by identifying and analysing your company specific concerns. Thereafter developing clear and visible objectives and securing senior management commitment of the desired outcomes. Building-on feedback from past participants who have attended the public and in-house sessions , we will able to establish a basic building block in constructing a targeted course. This will then be reviewed internally within a curriculum committee to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.
  2. Identification and Installation of Internal Trainer
    Select and develop qualified candidate/s for the “Train the Trainer” programme with planning & delivering training to employees. In participation with your HRD function, PetroEDGE will interview and select appropriate candidates to role-out this programme internally.

    The successful installation of the Trainer and application will be achieved in 3-steps;
    • Classroom familiarisation of the subject matter, followed-up with
    • Assessing the teaching and facilitation skills of the Trainer, and thereafter
    • Reviewing the first teaching session, post-training support with coaching
    The delivery of the training will be reviewed to ensure the Trainer meets standard of teaching and facilitation as well expressing the in-depth knowledge and appreciation of the subject matter.
  3. Maintenance of Standards and Continuous Improvement
    Going forward, PetroEDGE will work closely with the curriculum committee after 6 months of the initial role-out in appropriately modifying the course content based on feedback through-out the duration of its implementation. Measuring results from participant and management feedback will be crucial in the re-construction phase and consulting support.
